average finishing position (25%), consistency (10%), and event volume (15%) using a Bayesian prior
so new entries don't dominate.
Driver Ratings use an Elo-like system where performance
is measured relative to the expected result based on current rating and field size.
Track Records show the fastest lap per track/surface
with confidence levels based on sample count.
